I could see that it was XP Home kicking back the doc. You can do this by selecting the desktop or desktops and select Repair -> Rebuild (With Pending Changes). Ironically I have no problem setting them up w/ that same printer as an IP printer so that tells me that the driver is fine and the connection to the printer I was able to add multiple printers w/ that same driver in my testing.
