Having ajax to not have the subfolder name should fix the problem but I don't have the knowledge to do that. I only replace the Telerik.Web.UI.dll and Telerik.Web.Design.dll with the latest ver. 2009.1314.35 and viewing a page in the browser I get the Error: ASP.NET Ajax client-side framework failed to load. Delete the website from the IIS and all the files from the location. I am having a similar problem. Handlers Web Config I had to uninstall the service pack fully, then uninstall the ajax extensions - this breaks the site fully until you reinstall the extensions.
