  1. How did this not get tested?
  2. So I asked you to try running the Visual Studio in safemode that will force the visual studio loading only the default environment and services, and shipped versions of third party
  3. The error message was totally useless!!
  4. I tried build, rebuild, clean solution.
  5. Rebuild to make sure you didn't miss anything.
