After all values were set correct I saved the EEPROM via AVR Studio 4 menu->Debug->Up/Download Memory saving the EEPROM area (1024bytes). Everything works ok except EEPROM programming. I guess I could try 4800 or 2400 too...What speed do other programmers communicate at? There was nothing wrong with the XFX cards, there were no issues when installed on other mother boards.
