This is the domain controller which has been decommissioned. I opened Windows Explorer, browsed to to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\VMware\VMware VirtualCenter\Logs and opened latest vpxd-XX.log log file. There were no errors during the DC decomissioning.
