If this does not fix the problem, please fill in the blanks about your version of Windows and which web browsers you experience the problem with. You see you will always need to use the 'Hotfix' drivers for your card.As for SP3, Net2.0, and then the hotfix, - yes that is correct and in the correct order. What I haven't tryed: - Installing card in another computer (not really an option for me right now) - Checking PSU The performance test I used was from Passmark and it Didn't even take that into consideration. directory
Codec Pack automatically updates software that comes with it, for example MPC-HC, LAV filters, MediaInfo... I use K-Lite Codec Pack and already have MadVR selected in MPC-HC. The only constant I can say is it ONLY happens when it comes out of sleep or hibernation.
Ugggg k-lite yuk codec-packs are complete crap all you need is MPC-HC and madvr no FFdshow or LAV is required with recent versions of MPC-HC unless you are working with very I NEVER had this problem before i installed the new video card... Thanks in advance PS. To isolate the misbehaving driver use Device Manager and disable/re-enable various devices, one at a time.

in your task manager/processes is it showing anything using that core? I've tried updating the driver not too long ago, which ended up installing the ATI CCC, but the problem still persists. I know it might sound rubbish, but it seem to be possible.
I haven't had this before and the games/videos used to work fine. If anything shouldn't it be faster!! It also didn't work until I installed bios 0603 on my motherboard. i think it may be related to the Nvidia drivers for the display, as after I had installed i was no longer able to right click on drives in 1st pane

AMD CCC high CPU usage without reason Discussion in 'AMD / ATI' started by Uplink10, May 9, 2015. Your old GPU was limiting your system so your CPU had to work only so hard to keep up. I ran this scenario (doing something and watching video, even with high bitrate) many times and every time it worked well (apps were using Intel GPU).
