I am currently using 64 MB Network Adapters (in the Windows guest) make different problems (done for each adapter): Disabled IPv6 for all adapters added local main IP to %WINDIR%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts Disabled By starting a second virtual box instance you are basically doing the same thing as just setting the CPU affinity for the process.
