I will keep an eye on the cpu today. I used malwarebytes in safe mode and got rid of everything it found. The user's IE will probably perform worse, but at least all the other users and apps get CPU priority so that things might run smoother. Downloaded Kaspersky TDSSkiller and it found nothing.
